Higher level Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Tutor- Yorkshire and Humber / North West Create Skills specialise in delivering Apprenticeship frameworks and standards throughout the country. Due to an increase in demand, we are looking to recruit a specialist Apprenticeship tutor / assessor to deliver Higher Level Management throughout Yorkshire and Humber/ North West. You will be expected to strive to maintain above average success rates in all areas, using innovation and blended learning approaches within your teaching and assessing. Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
  • Previous experience and attainment of industry specific qualifications such as Level 5 or 7 ILM/CMI is essential
  • Ideally you will come from a training/assessor background. Desirable would also be TAQA / CAVA or equivalent
  • English, Maths and ICT Functional Skills at Level 2 or Higher is essential for this role
  • As a minimum you must have 3 years occupational/sector experience within Leadership and Management
You will take an active role in motivating and supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship by building strong relationships and challenging them to reach their full potential. Working collaboratively with the employer utilising your specialism within Leadership and Management to ensure excellent learner experience. For this role you will be rewarded with a highly attractive salary, opportunities for progression and the chance to evidence your innovative side. Successful candidates will be able to deliver up to Management Level 5 and will also be proficient in delivering English, Maths and ICT to Functional Skills Level 2. A team player you should also be able to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload to achieve pre-set KPIs and deadlines.

Working Hours - Full Time - Monday - Friday
