You will complete a work based Business and Administration qualification, which will last 12-15 months. Depending on previous qualifications you will also complete Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT in addition to a Technical Certificate.
To develop the skills and ability to operate the company’s switchboard and reception intercom, and provide full administrative support ensuring excellent customer service to all internal and external customers in accordance with the company.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm
